What you'll do

As the Operations Supervisor at Hermeus, you will lead logistics execution across multiple factories in the Los Angeles area — your primary responsibility will be to oversee material movement and ensure that all operations run smoothly as new facilities come online. You will support the development and refinement of our MES and ERP systems, working closely with IT and engineering teams to implement effective digital tools.

You will define and iterate on the processes used to deliver fast planes quickly — this involves analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity. Your hands-on leadership will be crucial in guiding the Production Coordination and Inventory teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals.

You will collaborate with various departments, including engineering and production, to ensure that logistics strategies support overall project timelines and objectives. Your role will also involve training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
