Who you are

You are a proactive and hands-on EHS Technician with experience in environmental, health, and safety support. You understand the importance of ensuring safe and compliant operations in high-stakes environments, particularly in the aerospace sector. Your ability to work effectively both on-site and at remote locations is crucial, as is your commitment to maintaining safety standards across all operations.

You have a strong background in EHS practices and are familiar with the requirements of working with the Department of Defense. Your experience allows you to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement effective safety protocols. You are detail-oriented and capable of conducting thorough assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide EHS support across deployed test operations and local manufacturing teams at our Atlanta facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations. This includes conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions for team members. You will also collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement safety procedures that align with our mission of delivering high-speed aircraft.

Your responsibilities will involve approximately 50% travel to various test locations, including California, New Mexico, and Florida. You will be hands-on in providing EHS support at these sites, ensuring that all safety measures are adhered to during testing and operations. Your role is critical in maintaining an environment where safety is prioritized, and operational efficiency is achieved.
