What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, following up with leads, and closing deals to meet your sales targets.
You will benefit from a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have ongoing support from the company, allowing you to continuously improve your sales techniques and strategies.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with the potential for uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one total on-target earnings around $93,000 and year two earnings ranging from $106,000 to $125,000. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. The company promotes a culture of recognition and offers incentives such as an annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers.
