What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will benefit from extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in recognition programs, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, celebrating your achievements and contributions to the team.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with the potential for uncapped commissions and bonuses, with first-year earnings projected between $85,000 and $95,000. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. We emphasize a hybrid sales environment that promotes flexibility and work-life balance.
