What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.

You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure you have the tools and resources needed to excel in your role. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 with the potential for uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year one total on-target earnings are around $102,000, with year two earnings ranging from $105,000 to $125,000.
