What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their business growth. Your role will involve a combination of classroom training and field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your sales efforts. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to grow year over year. You will also participate in ongoing companywide support and training to enhance your skills and effectiveness in the role.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions through your sales efforts, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000 and $100,000. The company provides a supportive environment with three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. You will also enjoy recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, as well as a clear career path in both leadership and sales.
