What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will drive user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings and helping them understand the value of the services provided. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with year one total on-target earnings around $87,000 and year two earnings ranging from $101,000 to $119,000.
You will work closely with your team to share insights and strategies, ensuring that you are always improving and adapting to the market. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and following up with prospects to close sales. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and digital marketing.
