What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments, ensuring that you understand their unique challenges and how Hibu can help.

You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. You will also benefit from best-in-class training provided by Hibu, setting you up for success in your sales career.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $56,000, with on-target earnings in your first year between $110,000 and $120,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, on-target earnings can increase to between $120,000 and $140,000. You will also receive an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, making this a financially rewarding opportunity.
