What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes offering services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting to set appointments, ensuring you conduct strong needs assessments to tailor your approach to each client.
You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses thrive, earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management. Your role will involve performing both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, allowing you to build strong client relationships across a variety of industries, making each day unique and rewarding.
What we offer
At Hibu, we offer a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $105,000 and $115,000, and year two on-target earnings between $115,000 and $135,000. We provide a hybrid sales environment that allows for both home office and in-field work, ensuring flexibility in your work-life balance.
