You are adept at partnering with business leadership to align technology roadmaps with business priorities, ensuring successful delivery of commitments. Your experience includes championing the adoption of AI-powered tools and code generation technologies to solve complex business problems and accelerate delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the transition to modern engineering practices, collaborating closely with engineering teams on architecture decisions as legacy applications are modernized. You will ensure that engineering practices meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements while maintaining system integrity and data protection standards. You will drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and leading proof of concepts and R&D initiatives that position the organization ahead of industry trends.

You will work collaboratively with Product, DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in building a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the engineering organization. You will identify and eliminate knowledge gaps within the team, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
