What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing your training to build relationships and close deals. You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, as you contribute to the companyβs growth.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive compensation structure with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $90,000 to $109,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will receive a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role.
