What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to clients. Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive their business success. You will leverage your training and support to build relationships and close sales effectively. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and you will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will also have access to best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook, allowing you to provide valuable solutions to your clients. What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $100,000 to $123,000, and in your second year from $116,000 to $137,000. You will also receive an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
