What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Content Agents team, you will play a pivotal role in redefining how marketers create and launch campaigns. You will design and ship intelligent systems that understand a company’s data and generate on-brand content. Your work will involve building APIs that enable real-time collaboration between humans and AI agents, ensuring that the content produced meets the highest standards of quality and relevance. You will also be responsible for developing data models that support the functionality of these systems, ensuring they are robust and efficient.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that the solutions you develop align with business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with LLM workflows, contributing to the development of innovative features that enhance the user experience.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team. You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your peers improve their skills.
