You have a strong background in IT management, with experience in scaling IT functions in fast-paced environments. You understand the importance of compliance and have prior exposure to audits or compliance programs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively manage vendors and collaborate with globally distributed teams. You are motivated and persistent in achieving your goals, and you approach challenges with a growth mindset. You thrive in environments that require first-principles thinking and are passionate about making a meaningful impact for customers.
What you'll do
As the IT Manager at Hightouch, you will own and scale the internal IT function, ensuring fast and low-friction IT outcomes as the company grows. You will manage third-party IT vendors and define processes that align with the company's compliance goals. Your role will involve serving as the internal point of accountability for all IT-related matters, ensuring that the IT infrastructure supports the needs of a rapidly expanding team. You will work closely with the Head of People Operations and other stakeholders to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for developing strategies that enhance the IT experience for employees, ensuring that technology is a facilitator of productivity and collaboration.
What we offer
Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$220,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. In addition to salary, we provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
