Overview

Kiddom is seeking an IT Manager to lead and scale their internal technology environment. You'll manage vendors, resolve support tickets, and ensure smooth onboarding and off-boarding of employees. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

You have a strong background in IT management and are ready to take on the challenge of leading technology initiatives in a growing company. You excel at managing vendors and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that the internal technology environment runs smoothly. Your experience includes overseeing IT support and improving workflows to enhance efficiency across the organization.

You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical challenges. You understand the importance of setting standards and guiding vendors to achieve the best results for the company. Your ability to communicate effectively with various teams, including People Operations, Business Systems, and Engineering, makes you a valuable asset in supporting both day-to-day needs and long-term growth.

What you'll do

As the IT Manager at Kiddom, you will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring that all technology-related processes are efficient and effective. You will oversee vendor relationships, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and requirements. Your role will involve resolving support tickets and troubleshooting technical issues that arise, providing timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

You will also play a key role in the onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees, ensuring that all necessary technology is in place for new hires and that departing employees have their access revoked appropriately. Your leadership will be crucial in setting IT standards and improving workflows to enhance the overall technology experience for all employees.

Collaboration will be a significant part of your role, as you will work closely with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide support. You will be accountable for results across IT, stepping in directly when issues require deeper technical expertise or faster resolution. Your contributions will help Kiddom continue to grow and innovate in the educational technology space.
