Overview

Hiive is seeking a Product Operations Manager to optimize processes across product, engineering, and design. You'll partner with leadership to enhance product development efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset.

You have a background in product operations or a related field, with experience in optimizing processes across teams. You understand the intricacies of product development and can effectively support leadership in executing strategic initiatives. Your strong organizational skills enable you to maintain tools and processes that enhance team collaboration and efficiency.

You thrive in a startup environment and are comfortable wearing multiple hats. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and can navigate the complexities of a rapidly growing business. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures alignment across product, engineering, and design teams.

What you'll do

As the first dedicated Product Operations Manager at Hiive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the foundational processes that support our product team. You will partner directly with the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to streamline operations and enhance product excellence. Your responsibilities will include maintaining tools and templates used by Product Managers for initiative conceptualization and approval, ensuring that the product development process is efficient and effective.

You will act as a chief of staff to the product leadership team, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement within existing processes and implementing solutions that drive efficiency. You will also support the organization of team-building events and retreats, fostering a strong team culture.
