Hiive is seeking a Product Manager to join their fast-growing product team. You'll work closely with marketers, designers, and engineers to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires strong prioritization skills and a customer experience mindset.

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in fintech or marketplace environments. You excel at prioritizing competing objectives and balancing customer needs with business goals. Your organizational skills allow you to structure processes effectively, and you have a customer experience mindset that drives you to measure and improve business results incrementally. You are passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for communicating complex ideas clearly.
Desirable
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with automated customer acquisition and retention mechanisms. You thrive in entrepreneurial cultures and are eager to contribute to a small, dynamic team.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Hiive, you will be responsible for contributing to the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
