You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in technical product areas. You understand the intersection of technology and customer value, and you can translate complex technical opportunities into clear product outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to drive product discovery and delivery.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and priorities effectively to various stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage market insights, customer feedback, and usage data to shape product direction and make informed decisions. You are comfortable building prototypes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions that enhance user experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product discovery process, partnering closely with engineering to deliver technical product areas from problem definition through launch and continuous improvement. You will shape product direction by combining market insights and customer feedback into clear priorities and well-scoped plans. You will define success metrics and use data to evaluate outcomes, learning quickly and iterating on the product to ensure it meets enterprise customer needs.
You will drive cross-functional alignment, communicating trade-offs transparently and building trust to accelerate decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that provide excellent user experiences. You will also be responsible for managing the product roadmap and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on priorities and timelines.
