You are a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in full stack development, capable of hands-on feature development across both frontend and backend applications. You have experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, where you have honed your skills in delivering high-quality software solutions. Your ability to refactor and improve existing codebases is complemented by your commitment to creating a delightful user experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a hands-on contributor to the development of Hiive's platform, working closely with technical leaders and the founding team to deliver new features. You will engage in refactoring efforts to improve the codebase and enhance the overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with your colleagues to ensure that the engineering culture remains supportive and innovative.

You will participate in team-building events and retreats, contributing to a strong team dynamic and culture. As you learn Elixir on the job, you will also be expected to invest in self-learning to grow your skills and adapt to the technologies used at Hiive.
