Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable team member.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with the founders and a tight-knit team of product engineers to drive feature discovery, ideation, and delivery. You will be responsible for shipping features across the Vantage product, including core reporting experiences and new provider integrations. Your contributions will help shape the technical direction of the company as you drive architectural decisions that set the groundwork for future development.

You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure that features are delivered on time and meet the high standards expected by Vantage's customers. Your role will involve writing clean and maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also participate in discussions around product strategy and contribute to the overall vision of the company.

What we offer

Vantage offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $210,000, along with equity options and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
