What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of sterile compounding technicians during night shifts, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as a trainer and evaluator, helping to develop the skills of your team members and ensuring they adhere to USP 797 and 800 standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily compounding operations, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with supervising pharmacists to ensure the highest quality of care.

You will also be responsible for conducting competency evaluations and providing ongoing training to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in sterile compounding practices. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a supportive and effective work environment that prioritizes patient safety and quality care.
