What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the quality control operations at our large-scale compounding pharmacy. You will be responsible for conducting in-process and final product inspections, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. You will implement and oversee quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with USP standards and cGMP practices. Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives, and you will work closely with the Director of Quality to develop strategies that enhance product quality. You will also be involved in training and mentoring team members on quality control practices, fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
