What you'll do

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing products before, during, and after the manufacturing process. You will work closely with the Quality Control Manager to report findings and support quality operations. Your role will involve leading activities on the floor to ensure that all products align with company standards. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in quality processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that quality standards are met consistently.
