You are familiar with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements, which guide your decision-making processes in quality assurance.

What you'll do

As the Quality Control Manager, you will lead the quality control operations at our large-scale compounding pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing in-process and final product inspections, ensuring that all products comply with established quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Quality to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for training and mentoring quality control staff, fostering a culture of quality and compliance within the team. Your role will involve conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our quality management system and ensuring that all products are safe and effective for our customers.
