What you'll do

As the Quality Control Manager, you will lead all microbiology operations, overseeing bioburden testing, endotoxin testing, microbial identification, and growth promotion studies. You will ensure that all microbiological assays are performed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting microbiological assays and contamination events, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions to any deviations. You will provide daily in-lab mentorship to the QC team, fostering strong techniques and microbiological best practices. Additionally, you will support broader QC functions, including stability testing, sample management, and raw materials testing, ensuring that all laboratory spaces remain inspection-ready.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that quality control processes align with overall company objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, contributing to the development of impactful antibody-based medicines. You will also be responsible for training new team members and continuously improving laboratory practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
