What you'll do

In this role, you will design and build backend services that power Hims & Hers' telehealth and ecommerce platforms. You will collaborate with product managers and principal engineers to guide technical decisions and ensure that the platform meets the needs of both providers and patients. You will provide leadership and guidance to your team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles. Your responsibilities will include defining, building, testing, deploying, and supporting the self-service platform for Fulfillment Operations and Pharmacy teams.

You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the backend services integrate seamlessly with other components of the platform. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the services you build and making improvements as necessary to enhance reliability and scalability.
