What you'll do

As the Compounding Lab Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the compounding labs, ensuring that all patient-specific non-sterile compounding activities are conducted in compliance with regulations. You will lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and professional development. Your role will involve collaborating with the Head Compounding Pharmacist to scale up compounding capabilities and develop new compounded treatments.

You will also be tasked with monitoring the quality of compounded medications, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Your commitment to patient safety will drive your decision-making processes, ensuring that all compounded products meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will engage in continuous improvement initiatives, seeking innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the compounding operations.
