Job Description
Who you are
You are a licensed pharmacist with a strong background in compounding medications. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maximizing quality and patient safety. Your experience includes training and evaluating compounding personnel, ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, and performing quality assurance checks on compounded preparations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the compounding process, ensuring that all procedures are accurately documented and compliant with regulations. You will train and evaluate compounding staff, reviewing and approving materials for use in compounding.
