What you'll do

As a Compounding Pharmacist at Hims & Hers, you will oversee all compounding activities in the laboratory, ensuring that medications are prepared accurately and efficiently. You will perform various checks throughout the compounding process to maintain quality and compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve supervising technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

You will also be responsible for developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals to enhance the compounding process. Collaborating with the Head Compounding Pharmacist and the Pharmacist-In-Charge, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory practices and compliance measures.
