What you'll do

As a Credentialing Analyst at Hims & Hers, you will engage in all aspects of the credentialing process for healthcare professionals. This includes onboarding new providers and assisting in the resolution of issues faced by current providers. You will ensure that all providers have the necessary certifications and licenses, maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve regular communication with various stakeholders to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the credentialing department. You will report to the Credentialing Manager and collaborate closely with the Provider Operations team to support the company's mission of revolutionizing telehealth.
