You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in the healthcare sector, and understand the importance of compliance and credentialing processes. Your attention to detail ensures that all licensing and collaborative practice agreements are managed efficiently and accurately. You thrive in a role that requires coordination across multiple stakeholders and are adept at using technology to streamline operations.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work closely with compliance managers and healthcare providers. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory environments makes you a valuable asset to any team. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support Vida’s compliance and provider operations by managing the licensing and credentialing processes for healthcare providers across all 50 states. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager to maintain NCQA standards and ensure payer credentialing readiness. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the credentialing process through the Medallion platform, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with state regulations and working with various stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise. Your role is central to maintaining Vida’s national network of providers, and you will play a key part in ensuring that the organization meets its operational goals.
