You are a seasoned design professional with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in packaging design. With a deep understanding of corrugated and wet pulp-molded materials, you are passionate about creating innovative packaging solutions that enhance user experience and sustainability. You thrive in collaborative environments, bringing teams together to deliver exceptional design outcomes. Your conceptual thinking and iterative approach to design allow you to tackle complex challenges effectively. You are comfortable with all aspects of the design process, from user research to detailed design and final delivery. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.
What you'll do
As the Director of Packaging, you will lead the Industrial and Packaging Design Team at Hims & Hers. You will oversee the design process for packaging solutions, ensuring they align with the company's mission to improve health and wellness through innovative products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to create packaging that not only protects the product but also enhances the brand experience. Your role will involve conducting user research to inform design decisions, iterating on concepts based on feedback, and delivering final designs that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
