You have a foundational understanding of equipment maintenance, particularly in a pharmacy or laboratory setting. Your experience includes working with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, allowing you to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. You are detail-oriented and capable of following predictive and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to diagnose problems and communicate maintenance concerns clearly. Your ability to work under general supervision while collaborating with a team makes you a valuable asset in maintaining operational efficiency. What you'll do
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician I, you will be responsible for applying maintenance procedures to all lab equipment in the pharmacy. You will analyze and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring that all equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve communicating maintenance problems to the Principal Program Manager and collaborating with other team members to implement solutions.
You will also assist in the development of maintenance schedules and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
