Your background includes full-cycle payroll processing for both exempt and nonexempt employees, and you are adept at navigating the complexities that come with payroll in a diverse workforce. What you'll do

As the Senior Payroll Lead, you will oversee the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time for employees across nearly all 50 states. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. Your role will involve troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and implementing solutions to improve payroll processes.

You will also be responsible for staying updated on payroll laws and regulations, ensuring that the company adheres to all legal requirements. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment where payroll operations can thrive.
