What you'll do

In this role, you will supervise all compounding activities in the laboratory, ensuring that all medications are compounded accurately and efficiently. You will perform various checks throughout the compounding process to maintain the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will assist in compliance measures with the compounding labs, ensuring that all activities adhere to regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for developing processes and training materials to support the team in their compounding efforts. Collaborating closely with the Head Compounding Pharmacist and the Pharmacist-In-Charge, you will contribute to the overall mission of the pharmacy by providing personalized care and innovative solutions to health and wellness challenges.
