You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within the pharmacy operations. You take initiative in developing and implementing workflow documents that enhance the efficiency of evening and weekend shifts. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of pharmacy technicians working alternative shifts. You will ensure that all operations run seamlessly from day to day and weekend to weekday transitions. Your responsibilities will include preparing workflow documents that facilitate efficient operations during evening and weekend hours. You will work closely with the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacist to ensure that all pharmacy processes are adhered to and that patient care remains a top priority.

You will assist in training new pharmacy technicians, providing guidance on best practices and operational procedures. Your role will also involve monitoring the performance of team members, offering constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for pharmacy operations.
