What you'll do

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of pharmacy technicians during alternative shifts. You will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time, contributing to the seamless operation of the pharmacy. You will assist in developing and implementing workflow documents that facilitate smooth transitions between shifts, ensuring that orders flow uninterrupted.

You will report directly to the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacist, collaborating closely with them to address any operational challenges. Your leadership will be crucial in training new team members and fostering a positive work environment that prioritizes patient care. You will also be involved in maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards, ensuring that all practices align with industry guidelines.
