What you'll do
As an Engineering Manager II at Homebase, you will lead a team of software engineers within a specific core product area. You will own the delivery of your teamβs roadmap, driving strong execution while ensuring quality and long-term maintainability. You will partner closely with Product and Design to ship high-quality, AI-enabled solutions that help small businesses move faster. You will provide clear direction, coaching, and career development for your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
