What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the technical roadmap and strategy for Homebase's machine learning platform. You will guide the design and implementation of essential platform components that facilitate the training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production environments. Your expertise will help establish and enforce best practices for maintaining data quality, governance, and security standards across the data and machine learning platform. You will also provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers within your team and across the organization, ensuring that everyone is aligned with industry-leading practices and tools.

You will work closely with senior leadership to devise a multi-year technical strategy for the ML platform, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve developing effective communication strategies to convey technical concepts clearly, facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of ML models and making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
