You have a proven track record in data science, particularly in deploying machine learning models to production with measurable business impact. What you'll do
As a Staff Data Scientist at Clutch, you will lead major improvements to our pricing algorithms and applied machine learning systems. You will work on ML systems that drive real outcomes, including pricing models that purchase over $1M of vehicles per day with no human intervention. Your role will involve collaborating with a small, high-leverage data team where your work will be visible and business-critical.
You will have the opportunity to expand into additional high-impact ML domains such as lending, logistics optimization, and fraud detection. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research, developing and validating models, and ensuring that the data used is of the highest quality. You will also be expected to communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
