Who you are

You have extensive experience in marketing design, ideally with a focus on digital platforms — you understand how to create compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Your proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop allows you to produce high-quality work efficiently. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your design approach based on feedback and evolving project needs. You possess a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, enabling you to contribute to the overall strategy of campaigns. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, ensures that your designs align with broader business goals. You thrive on using data and insights to inform your design decisions, ensuring that your work not only looks good but also performs well.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus, as you will be expected to leverage these technologies to enhance your workflow and output. A background in service-based industries can also be beneficial, as it provides context for the types of businesses HoneyBook serves.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate HoneyBook's value proposition to service-based business owners. You will be responsible for creating visual assets for various channels, including social media, email, and web, ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences. Your role will involve setting creative standards and guidelines that will shape how HoneyBook presents itself in the market.
