HubSpot is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to design and build a modern data foundation that supports analytic and ML products. You'll work with SQL and Python to drive actionable insights for decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience in data architecture.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong background in SQL and Python — you've built data models and visualizations that empower teams to make data-driven decisions. Your expertise in machine learning allows you to contribute to projects that leverage advanced analytics for strategic insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that data solutions meet business needs.

You possess a deep understanding of data architecture and are skilled in creating flexible, reusable data structures — your work has directly supported analytic products that drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations. You are passionate about using data to tell stories and uncover insights that can influence business strategies. You are comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data, and you have experience in data visualization tools that help communicate findings effectively.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with data pipeline tools such as Airflow. You have a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends in data analytics and machine learning, and you enjoy mentoring junior team members to help them grow in their careers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to design and implement a modern data foundation that supports HubSpot's operations — your contributions will help unlock the potential of data to drive actionable insights.
