You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to define and execute on a roadmap that aligns with business goals. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project objectives.

What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer on the Prospecting Agent team, you will lead the design and implementation of signal-driven prospecting systems that empower sales teams to generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring that the systems you build are user-friendly and effective.

You will be responsible for defining how various data sources, including intent signals and CRM context, come together to create actionable recommendations for sales reps. Your hands-on approach will involve writing production code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that the systems you build are robust and scalable.

You will also play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the team, collaborating with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into the prospecting systems. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward will be crucial as you help the team tackle complex challenges in the B2B sales landscape.
