You have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable systems that leverage data and AI. Your expertise in programming languages such as Python and Java allows you to write high-quality production code that meets the needs of modern sales teams.
You possess a deep understanding of data engineering principles and have experience working with various data sources, including CRM systems. Your ability to analyze intent signals, firmographics, and behavioral data enables you to create actionable insights that drive sales strategies. You are a hands-on builder who enjoys leading initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring that your team delivers impactful results.
What you'll do
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be the technical anchor for the Prospecting Agent team, responsible for architecting systems that enhance the prospecting process for B2B sales teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define the roadmap and ensure that the solutions you build align with the needs of users. Your role will involve writing production code, leading complex projects, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth.
You will define how various data inputs combine to create actionable recommendations for sales representatives, helping them prioritize their outreach efforts effectively.
