Who you are

You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the fintech space, where you've successfully led product initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions, and you have a knack for translating complex concepts into user-friendly experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership. Your experience with usage-based billing or similar monetization strategies gives you a unique perspective on customer needs and market trends. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Desirable

Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira or Asana will be beneficial. A background in pricing strategy or financial modeling is a plus, as it will help you contribute to the overall monetization strategy of HubSpot.

What you'll do

As the Product Manager for the Fintech Usage-based Billing team, you will create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the product area, ensuring alignment across various teams. You will lead the strategy and execution of customer-facing experiences, focusing on transparency and predictability in billing. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and UX partners to develop intuitive dashboards and proactive alerts that enhance customer engagement.

You will guide new product ideas from conception to launch, ensuring that they meet customer needs and align with HubSpot's overall business objectives. By partnering with the Pricing Strategy team, you will help shape the future of HubSpot's monetization strategy, moving towards dynamic pricing models that scale with customer success. Your ability to motivate and align cross-functional partners will be key to driving the success of this initiative.
