Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Senior Product Manager I for their Compliance Platform team to lead product strategy and execution for internal compliance systems. You'll work closely with Engineering and compliance stakeholders to create scalable products that meet regulatory obligations. This role requires experience in product management and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in launching internal or external products that meet regulatory standards. Your experience includes defining and executing product vision and strategy, especially in compliance and controls systems. You excel at translating complex regulatory requirements into user-centered product experiences, ensuring that both business integrity and customer satisfaction are prioritized.

You are skilled at engaging with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Compliance, to deliver high-impact solutions. Your ability to explore ambiguous problem spaces allows you to lead multiple initiatives effectively, guiding new product ideas from early discovery through to launch and iteration. You have a knack for using data and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve the platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the product vision for HubSpot’s compliance and controls platform, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission to operate with trust and confidence. You will partner closely with Engineering and Compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet regulatory obligations such as SOX and SOC 2. Your responsibilities will include driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, setting goals, and motivating teams toward shared outcomes.

You will engage directly with internal customers to understand their workflows and pain points, using this knowledge to inform product development. Your role will involve exploring ambiguous problem spaces and leading multiple initiatives across your product group, ensuring that new product ideas are guided from early discovery through to launch and iteration. You will leverage data and qualitative insights to identify opportunities for improvement and test assumptions continuously.
