You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI and machine learning. You understand the nuances of turning advanced technology into real-world applications, and you have a track record of driving product initiatives from concept to execution. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that align with business goals.
You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. You enjoy working closely with engineering, data science, and risk teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your communication skills allow you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are passionate about building trust in digital commerce and have a keen interest in fraud prevention technologies. You stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that your product strategies are informed by the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce or fintech is a plus, as is familiarity with user experience design principles. You may have worked with agile methodologies and have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management. A background in data analysis or familiarity with data science concepts will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for AI initiatives at Signifyd. You will collaborate with the Signifyd AI Lab (SAIL) to translate cutting-edge research into actionable product features that improve fraud detection and enhance customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining success metrics, and prioritizing product features based on customer feedback and business impact.
You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, ensuring alignment between engineering, data science, and risk management. You will facilitate sprint planning sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress to executive leadership. Your ability to synthesize complex information will be crucial in making informed product decisions that drive the company's mission forward.
You will also be responsible for monitoring product performance post-launch, analyzing user feedback, and iterating on features to ensure they meet customer needs. Your insights will help shape future product strategies and enhance the overall user experience.
