What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI Serving team, you will lead the evolution of HubSpot's model serving and inference infrastructure — your role will involve guiding architectural decisions and ensuring that AI models are deployed and operated reliably across various environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency of batch inference and strengthen model observability.

You will be responsible for writing production code that directly impacts AI capabilities, contributing to the overall user and business experience at HubSpot. Your leadership will help shape the technical roadmap, focusing on improving the infrastructure's reliability and cost-effectiveness while mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration.
