What you'll do

As a Senior Engineer at Hudl, you will be part of the Global Football Metrics group, focusing on the back-end systems that power our analytics products. You will collaborate with a diverse team to design and implement robust data pipelines that process and analyze sports data. Your role will involve developing features that enhance the user experience for coaches and athletes, ensuring that our products deliver actionable insights effectively.

You will take part in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and monitoring. Your expertise in Clojure will be crucial as you build and optimize back-end services that handle large volumes of data. You will also engage in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development, ensuring high-quality code and system reliability.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning, helping to define the roadmap for your team's initiatives. You will work closely with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring that the features you develop align with customer expectations.
