You are an enthusiastic individual eager to gain hands-on experience in event management. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, both internal and external. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that every event runs smoothly. You are open to learning and adapting to new challenges as they arise, and you are passionate about contributing to a supportive workplace culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Hudl staff attending events, ranging from small clinics in North America to larger conferences worldwide. You will collaborate with team members to ensure each event is successful, handling real-world situations such as troubleshooting with internal stakeholders and managing an inventory of materials. You will own the event calendar, communicating with external partners and internal Hudlies about all aspects of each event. Your contributions will play an integral role in ensuring that our events are effective and valuable for all participants.
